Florian is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Throughout his career, Florian has successfully assumed key leadership roles, guiding teams and projects to generate business growth and enhanced operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Walski, Florian served as the Head of IT and led the data management function for a CRO and global site network.
